Yes - we’re based in Birmingham and travel across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Travel within 10 miles is included, with additional mileage charged after that. Do you provide alcohol? For dry hire, customers supply their own drinks. For cash and tab bar packages, we provide and serve the alcohol. How many guests can you serve? Our standard packages are suitable for up to 100 guests. Larger events can absolutely be accommodated - just let us know your guest numbers. Do you need access to power or water? We require access to power for lighting, refrigeration and equipment. Water access is helpful but not essential. Is Boho Bar insured? Yes - we are fully insured with public liability insurance. Can you create custom cocktails? Absolutely. We can create bespoke cocktail menus, signature drinks and tailored packages for your event. What happens in bad weather? As an outdoor mobile bar, alternative cover arrangements may be required in poor weather conditions. We recommend discussing backup options before your event. How far in advance should I book?
